1. Personal Information We Collect

  • Internet Activity: Pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, session metadata
  • Chat Content: Messages submitted via our AI chat widget, and corresponding AI responses
  • Technical Metadata: Thread ID, timestamps, geolocation, cookies, user agent
  • Marketing Data: If you opt in to emails or provide contact info for follow-up

We do not sell personal information. However, we may use manually uploaded contact info (e.g., email or IP address) for advertising purposes such as Customer Match on Google or Meta.

We use this information to:

  • Create custom audiences for advertising (manual upload only)

Note: If you used our AI chat tool anonymously (without name or email), we may not be able to identify or delete your session data.

  • Targeted advertising using your contact information
  • Future email communications

d. Correct

Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

e. Non-Discrimination

We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service if you exercise your privacy rights.

We retain chat interactions, metadata, and other collected information indefinitely unless deletion is requested. Anonymous sessions may not be individually retrievable.
