Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 23, 2026
Last Updated: May 23, 2026
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information Neural Partners collects, uses, and shares as a business (under U.S. state privacy laws) or controller (under GDPR / UK GDPR), including through:
- The Website at www.neuralpartners.ai
- Our chat assistants and contact forms
- Our newsletter, marketing communications, and outreach
- Inquiries and discussions about our services and products
- Account creation, billing, and direct support for our paid platform users
Other Neural Partners Services — When This Policy Does Not Apply
In some cases, Neural Partners processes personal information on behalf of another organization that is itself the controller / business. Different terms apply to that processing:
- Neural Core platform customers (B2B): When you use Neural Core under our Master Subscription Agreement ("MSA"), Neural Partners is a processor (or "service provider") for the personal data you submit through the platform. Our processing of that data is governed by your MSA and the Neural Partners Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), not this Privacy Policy. The platform customer is the controller / business for that data.
- End consumers of Neural Partners–powered storefronts: If you are a consumer shopping on or interacting with a website, storefront, or application powered by Neural Partners technology, the privacy policy of the operator of that site (not this one) governs the handling of your personal information. Neural Partners acts as a service provider to that operator. You should consult the privacy policy published on the site you are using.
- Neural Labs engagements: Custom professional services delivered through Neural Labs may be governed by separate written agreements that include their own privacy terms.
If you are unsure which policy applies to you, contact us at privacy@neuralpartners.ai.

This Privacy Policy addresses the first three rows. For the last two, refer to the MSA + DPA or to the operator's published policy.

Privacy and Consent Signals
Browser privacy preferences including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals; cookie consent selections; marketing opt-in or opt-out preferences.
We do not intentionally collect, and ask Customers and visitors not to submit, certain categories of regulated data (such as protected health information under HIPAA, payment card data outside the Stripe flow, government-issued identifiers, biometric identifiers, or other data subject to special protection) unless we have a separate written agreement covering that data. See Restricted Data Categories below.
How We Collect Personal Information
Information You Provide
When you fill out contact forms, subscribe to our newsletter, request a demo, create an account, interact with our chat assistants, communicate with our team, or purchase a subscription.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website or use our products, we automatically collect usage data, device information, and privacy signals through cookies, pixels, server-side analytics, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for additional information.
Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from social media platforms, business partners, advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta), enrichment vendors, and publicly available sources such as business directories and professional networks.
How and Why We Use Personal Information
Service Delivery
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services and products; respond to inquiries; create and manage accounts; process payments; and provide customer support.
Communication
To send service updates, security notices, billing communications, MSA or policy update notices, and respond to your questions.
Marketing
To send newsletters, promotional materials, event invitations, and other marketing communications (with your consent where required by law). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting privacy@neuralpartners.ai.
Analytics and Improvement
To analyze usage patterns, evaluate the effectiveness of our services, improve user experience, identify technical issues, and prioritize product development. See Aggregated and De-Identified Data for our approach to product improvement signals.
Advertising Measurement
To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads and Meta. See Sale and Sharing for the CCPA / state-privacy-law framing of this activity.
AI-Powered Features
To provide conversational assistance, AI-generated content, AI-assisted search and recommendations, and other features built on artificial intelligence. See Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems below.
Legal, Security, and Compliance
To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Neural Partners, our users, and the public.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Neural Partners uses artificial intelligence and automated systems across the Website and our products. This includes our website chat assistants, AI-driven search, content generation, ranking and recommendation features, and AI-assisted analytics.
How AI Features Use Your Information
Inputs you provide to AI features (such as messages to our chat assistant) are processed to generate responses to you and to operate, secure, and improve the underlying service. Our AI model providers (currently including Anthropic, PBC) process API inputs and outputs to deliver responses on our behalf.
No Training on Paid Customer Content
For paying customers of the Neural Core platform, Neural Partners commits in the MSA §4.2 that we will not use Customer Content (including Customer Data, AI Inputs, and AI Outputs) to train, fine-tune, or improve Neural Partners' or any third-party generative AI models, and we will not permit our subprocessors to do so. For visitors to the Website, newsletter subscribers, and other non-paid relationships, AI Inputs may be reviewed by us to operate, secure, and improve our services; in either case, our model providers (such as Anthropic) operate under their own commercial terms that prohibit training on API inputs and outputs by default.
AI Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate outputs and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. You should review and verify AI outputs before relying on them.
Disclosure Where Required by Law
Where required by law (including California Business & Professions Code § 17941, the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act, the EU AI Act, and similar laws), we will disclose when you are interacting with an AI system rather than a human. Our AI features are labeled accordingly in the Website and in our products.

Business Partners
We may share information with business partners (such as resellers, integration partners, or co-marketing partners) with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Authorities
We may disclose personal information when required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neural Partners, our users, or the public.
Business Transactions
If Neural Partners is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred or disclosed in connection with that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
With Your Consent
We share personal information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so.
Unaffiliated Third Parties for Their Own Marketing
We do not sell or share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Sale and Sharing (Under State Privacy Laws)
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the "CCPA/CPRA"), sharing personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising or measurement may be considered a "sale" or "share," even when no money changes hands.
Neural Partners shares the following categories of personal information with advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) for the purpose of measuring and optimizing our advertising campaigns:
- Identifiers (hashed email, IP address, device identifiers)
- Internet or electronic network activity (page views, form submissions, conversion events)
To opt out of this sharing:
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We honor GPC automatically. See Global Privacy Control below.
- Decline analytics through our cookie consent banner.
- Contact us at privacy@neuralpartners.ai.
When you opt out, we will not share your information with advertising platforms for these purposes.
We do not "sell" personal information in the colloquial sense (i.e., for monetary consideration), and we do not share information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising targeted at minors.
Aggregated and De-Identified Data
Neural Partners may collect, generate, and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from your use of the Website and our products — including search behavior, conversion signals, ranking interactions, click-through rates, feature-usage patterns, and performance metrics — to operate, secure, support, and improve our services, including to improve search, ranking, retrieval, and recommendation models, and for analytics, benchmarking, and other internal business purposes.
Such aggregated and de-identified data does not include personal information, raw queries containing personal information, or any data that identifies you, an end user, or any customer-specific content. We will not attempt to re-identify aggregated and de-identified data, and we contractually require our subprocessors to follow the same restriction.
This use survives termination of our relationship with you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels, local storage, and SDKs) to operate the Website and our products. For detailed information, see our Cookie Policy.
Strictly Necessary Cookies are required for the Website to function (authentication, security, session management). These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website. These require consent in jurisdictions that require opt-in.
Advertising and Targeting Cookies are used to deliver and measure advertising. These require consent in jurisdictions that require opt-in.
You can control cookies through our cookie consent banner, your browser settings, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC).
We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we do honor GPC signals as described below.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. GPC is a technical specification that allows you to express opt-out preferences to websites you visit through your browser or a browser extension.
When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we automatically:
- Treat the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes
- Stop sharing your information with advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) for those purposes
- Store this preference so it persists across your sessions for that browser
Neural Partners processes opt-out preference signals in a frictionless manner consistent with applicable state law.
You can enable GPC in supported browsers like Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo, or through browser extensions. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Restricted Data Categories
The Website and our products are not designed for, and have not been certified to handle, certain categories of regulated personal information. Do not submit the following to us through forms, chat, file uploads, AI features, or otherwise, unless we have agreed in writing in advance:
- Protected health information ("PHI") governed by HIPAA or comparable health-data laws
- Payment card data outside our integrated Stripe payment flow
- Personal data of children under thirteen (13) (or the equivalent age under applicable law) collected without verifiable parental consent
- Consumer financial data subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA")
- Student education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA")
- Biometric identifiers or biometric information regulated by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act ("BIPA") or comparable state biometric privacy laws
- Government-issued identifiers (such as Social Security Numbers) outside of fields specifically designated for that use
- Classified or controlled-unclassified information
If you submit any of the above without our agreement, we may remove it, suspend processing, or take other action consistent with the MSA §3.4 and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Children's Privacy
The Website and our products are not directed to children under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under sixteen (16) without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under sixteen (16), contact us at privacy@neuralpartners.ai.
International Data Transfers
Neural Partners is headquartered in the United States and processes personal information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
If you access the Website or our products from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
For transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a third country that has not received an adequacy decision, Neural Partners relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and applicable safeguards as described in our DPA Annex 4.
By using the Website or our products, you authorize the transfer of your information to the United States and to the other locations where we and our service providers process information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Account and billing data: retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus any retention period required by tax, accounting, or audit obligations (typically up to seven years)
- Communication data: retained for a reasonable period to maintain support history and demonstrate compliance with our obligations
- Newsletter and marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise opt out, plus a reasonable suppression-list period
- Usage and analytics data: retained in aggregated or de-identified form indefinitely, and in raw or identifiable form for shorter periods as described in our internal retention policy
- AI feature inputs and outputs: retained for the duration necessary to provide and improve the service, consistent with the MSA §4.2 (paid customers) or our standard service practices (others)
When the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize the information unless we are required by law to retain it.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication requirements, monitoring of production systems, and confidentiality obligations on personnel.
Our services are hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers, primarily in the United States. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
For additional information about our security measures applicable to paid Customer Data on the Neural Core platform, see Annex 2 of the DPA.
Security Incident Notification
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay, consistent with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
