Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets out the rules and restrictions that apply to all use of Neural Partners' websites, products, and services, including the Digital Experience Platform, Neural Core, APIs, Neural Labs services, and any related features or content (collectively, the “Services”). The AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and our Neural Core Master Subscription Agreement, and applies to all users, customers, account holders, end users, and anyone accessing the Services (“you”). Failure to comply with this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access, removal of content, account or platform-level enforcement, and notification of authorities where appropriate. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, employees, contractors, agents, and end users comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to create, store, upload, transmit, generate, distribute, publish, or make available any content that:
- Is illegal under U.S. federal or state law, or under any other applicable law, including content that violates export-control or sanctions regulations
- Infringes, misappropriates, or violates any intellectual property right, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other right of any person
- Is defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, abusive, or invasive of another person's privacy
- Constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual content, including 'revenge porn' or sexual deepfakes
- Promotes, incites, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, mass violence, genocide, or self-harm
- Promotes, incites, or facilitates discrimination, bigotry, harassment, hatred, or harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic
- Constitutes or facilitates illegal weapons, controlled substances, illegal drugs, or other contraband
- Constitutes fraud, deception, or false advertising, including financial scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, worms, trojans, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
- Is pornographic or sexually explicit in any context where the recipient has not affirmatively consented
- Violates the rights or dignity of any person or otherwise harms minors
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to engage in any of the following activities, or attempt or solicit others to do so:
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized commercial communications, advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of mass solicitation in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar laws
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any conduct that interferes with another user's enjoyment of the Services
- Use the Services to facilitate unauthorized access to data, accounts, networks, or systems
- Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or other financial crimes
- Use the Services to operate gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, or related promotions in violation of applicable law
- Use the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the Services or infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, lease, time-share, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted under your subscription or order form
3. Security Restrictions
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related system or network, except through Neural Partners' published vulnerability-disclosure or bug-bounty program (if any)
- Breach, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any authentication, authorization, security, or rate-limiting mechanism of the Services
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Neural Partners' systems, or the technical delivery systems of Neural Partners' providers
- Decrypt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, models, or underlying technology, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction
- Use the Services to gain unauthorized access to any third-party service, account, network, or data
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services other than through Neural Partners' published APIs and within their documented rate limits
- Forge or manipulate identifiers, headers, or routing information to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code into the Services or use the Services as a vector to attack other systems
4. AI-Specific Restrictions
You may not use AI features of the Services to generate, distribute, or operationalize:
- Content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Non-consensual sexual content, including sexual deepfakes of real persons
- Content designed to defraud, deceive, or impersonate any real person, including political figures, celebrities, executives, or private individuals, in a manner reasonably likely to mislead recipients
- Deepfakes or synthetic media used to influence elections, defame, harass, or harm any person
- Synthetic media represented as authentic without appropriate disclosure where disclosure is required by law or by platform rules
- Content that provides operational guidance for creating weapons of mass destruction (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive), or for materially uplifting an attacker's capability to cause mass-casualty harm
- Cybersecurity offensive tooling (malware, exploits, credential-harvesting, or attack automation) outside of authorized security-research contexts
- Content designed to manipulate or psychologically exploit vulnerable populations, including minors or persons in crisis
- Automated decisioning that produces legal effects on individuals (e.g., credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare access) without meaningful human review and applicable legal compliance
- Content or systems that violate applicable AI laws or regulations, including the EU AI Act, U.S. state AI laws (such as the Colorado AI Act), or sectoral regulations governing automated decisioning You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or relying on them, and for ensuring that your use of AI features complies with all applicable laws, third-party model-provider policies (including Anthropic's usage policies), and this AUP.
5. Restricted Use Cases
The Services are not designed, intended, or warranted for use in:
- Life-support systems, emergency services dispatch, or other high-risk activities where failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage
- Operation of aircraft, nuclear facilities, or weapons systems
- Clinical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing of medications without qualified human medical oversight and applicable regulatory clearance
- Substitution for professional legal, financial, tax, accounting, or psychiatric advice If you are subject to industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, or financial-services regulations), you are solely responsible for determining whether and how the Services may lawfully be used in your context and for implementing all required controls, including any required business-associate, data-processing, or comparable agreements. Neural Partners does not warrant that the Services satisfy any specific regulatory regime unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
6. Privacy and Data Requirements
You may not use the Services to:
- Collect, store, process, or transmit personal data in violation of any applicable privacy or data-protection law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws)
- Engage in tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising in violation of applicable law or user consent
- Collect personal data from minors in violation of COPPA or any other applicable law
- Process special categories of personal data (such as health, financial, biometric, or government-issued identifiers) without lawful basis and appropriate safeguards If you process personal data on behalf of others through the Services, you must execute our Data Processing Addendum and comply with its terms. 7. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, including abuse, malware, phishing, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, or security incidents, contact us at legal@neuralpartners.ai or via https://www.neuralpartners.ai/contact-us/. For DMCA copyright notices, see Section 19 of our Terms of Service. For privacy or data-subject-rights requests, contact privacy@neuralpartners.ai.
8. Enforcement
Neural Partners reserves the right (but is not obligated) to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Neural Partners may, in its reasonable discretion and consistent with applicable law and contract:
- Issue a warning
- Require remediation, including removal of offending content
- Limit, suspend, or revoke access to specific features
- Suspend or terminate accounts or subscriptions, in whole or in part
- Remove or disable access to content
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
- Pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity Where a violation creates an imminent risk of harm, illegal activity, or material disruption to the Services or other customers, Neural Partners may take immediate action without prior notice. Neural Partners has no liability for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP.
9. Changes to This AUP
Neural Partners may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, technology, or business practices. We will post the updated AUP at the link above with a revised 'Last Updated' date. For material changes that adversely affect paid customers' rights or obligations, Neural Partners will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
