Careers

Practitioners wanted.

We're building a company where agency and technology aren't separate departments — they're one system. Where client work makes the platform smarter and platform improvements make client work sharper. Where a small, focused team — humans and agents — moves at a velocity that used to require a much larger one.

That requires a specific kind of person. Someone who's done the work, not just managed it. Someone who'd rather own a problem than wait for permission. Someone who sees AI as a collaborator, not a threat.

No formal positions posted yet. But we're always paying attention to exceptional people.

Work with the best ...

We don't compromise on the stack. We use what we'd use if it were our own company — best-in-class across every category, chosen for capability first.

What We Value

01

Ownership over oversight.

We don't micromanage. We hire people who can take a problem, figure out the approach, and deliver without being checked on. Autonomy isn't a perk — it's the expectation. If you need a detailed job description to know what to do, Neural Partners is probably not the right fit. If you figure out what needs doing and do it, we should talk.

02

Practitioners, not passengers.

We want people who've been in the work. Who've managed the budgets, built the systems, talked to real clients, and fixed things when they broke. We're more interested in what you've actually built than where you built it.

03

Depth over breadth.

The tools are changing fast. The market is changing faster. We need people who've gone deep in their domain — not generalists who've touched everything lightly. Strong opinions, loosely held. Comfort operating without a lot of structure. Genuine curiosity about where this is all going.

04

Flexibility in how. Rigor in what.

We don't care when you work or where you work from. We care deeply about what gets delivered. Four-day workweeks, async communication, no performative meetings — these aren't perks, they're how we stay focused on outcomes instead of activity. See our culture.

How We Work

01

Small team. High leverage.

A founder-led company with domain expertise across product and engineering, operations and client success, and agency and commerce. We each own a lane and trust each other to run it. As we grow, we look for people who thrive in that environment — not people who need structure imposed on them.

02

AI-native, not AI-curious.

We use agentic coding, automated workflows, and AI-assisted research every day — not as experiments, as core infrastructure. Our agents have names, inboxes, Slack channels, and owned repos. They get onboarded the same way humans do. If you're excited about working alongside that kind of team structure, you'll fit in. If you're waiting to see how AI plays out, this probably isn't the right place.

03

Building both sides.

Neural Labs (services) and Neural Core (technology) aren't separate business units. They're two expressions of the same thesis: commerce now has two audiences — humans and the AI agents increasingly mediating their decisions. We need people who can think across that divide and build for both.

Common Questions

Is Neural Partners hiring right now?
No formal positions posted yet, but we're always paying attention to exceptional people. Submit a general application and we'll keep you in mind as we grow. The best time to reach out is before there's an opening, not after.
What kind of people does Neural Partners look for?
Practitioners with real depth in their domain. People who've done the work, not just managed or advised on it. We value ownership over oversight, depth over breadth, and the ability to operate without a lot of hand-holding. Learn more about how we work.
Where is Neural Partners located?
Remote-first and Vermont-based. Our founders are in Vermont, but we serve clients nationwide and are open to remote team members across the US. Four-day workweeks, async-first communication. What matters is the work, not the zip code. Read more about us.
What's the culture like at Neural Partners?
Small team, high leverage, AI-native. We use agentic coding and automated workflows as core infrastructure — not experiments. Our team includes both humans and AI agents, each with defined roles and owned domains. Direct communication, real autonomy, outcomes over activity. Read more on our culture page.
What is Neural Partners building?
A bimodal company where Neural Labs (services) and Neural Core (technology) operate as one system. Commerce now has two audiences — humans and the AI agents increasingly influencing their decisions. We're building infrastructure for both, and we need people who can think across that divide.
