All documents are governed by, and consistent with, our Terms of Service. The order of precedence between documents is set out in Section 1 of the Master Subscription Agreement for paid platform customers.

Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of our Website, marketing materials, contact forms, and general access. Applies to all visitors and to general-use of our products.

Master Subscription Agreement

The clickthrough agreement Customers accept at signup to use the Neural Core platform. Covers subscriptions, data ownership, AI training commitments, mutual indemnification, security obligations, and dispute resolution.

Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with our products. Covers prohibited content, security restrictions, AI-specific restrictions, and restricted use cases. Referenced by the Terms of Service and the MSA.

Data Processing Addendum

The DPA that governs Neural Partners' processing of personal data on behalf of paid Customers. Satisfies GDPR Article 28, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws. Includes Standard Contractual Clauses by reference and our current Technical & Organizational Measures.

How we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when Neural Partners is the controller / business — including marketing-site visitors, prospects, newsletter subscribers, and account holders.

Accessible from inside the Neural Core admin UI. A template you can adopt (after customization) for the end-consumer terms on your own storefront or website. Includes ToS, Privacy, AI Disclosure, and Cookies sections; gated by an in-product acceptance flow that logs version, timestamp, accepting user, IP, and customized-text hash.
