New: see what an AI assistant sees when it looks at your site. Run the check

neural partners

Your back office, running on its own.

Supplier data comes in, product feeds and marketing events go out, tax and shipping are worked out at checkout, and Axon does the recurring work on a schedule — with every change logged and every AI call metered against your plan.

The shift

Every integration is somebody’s weekly chore.

  1. 01

    Exports by hand.

A product file for Google, a customer list for Klaviyo, a CSV every Monday — until the week somebody forgets.

  2. 02

    Agents with no ceiling.

AI tools run on a card with no limit, and nobody can say what they did or what they cost.

  3. 03

No record of who changed what.

A tax setting, a supplier file, a page published — changed, with nowhere to look when something goes wrong.

In the product

What's built in

What runs without you.

  • Supplier data, ingested

Catalogs and supplier files brought in and enriched without a manual import.

    Business Data & Context →
  • Feeds for Google, Klaviyo and OpenAI

One product feed, regenerated on a schedule, for Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo’s catalog and OpenAI’s Agentic Commerce Protocol.

    Storefront Operations →
  • Klaviyo, GA4 and Meta, server-side

Events sent from the server with encrypted keys, so ad blockers and browser limits don’t eat them.

  • Agent schedules

Ask Axon for a weekly briefing or a recurring check and it runs on time. Schedules change by talking to Axon, so every change is a conversation you can read back.

  • Shipping and sales tax

Shipping rules, pickup and Stripe Tax set once, then applied to every order.

  • Everything logged

One audit log for the workspace — tax configuration, email activity, integration history and catalog changes, with who did it and when.

  • AI usage, metered

Calls and tokens by source against your plan’s allocation, so no agent runs up a bill you didn’t see coming.

    Agent Outcomes →
  • Spec sheets, generated

Pick products by SKU or manufacturer and Core builds their spec sheets as one merged PDF.

  • Forward to Axon

Forward a client’s email and Axon cleans up their details and adds them to the right contact.

    Customers & Contacts →

Questions

Asked before you ask.

How do I change a scheduled task?

Ask Axon. Schedules are edited through your agent, so every change is a conversation you can read back.

What happens when AI usage nears the limit?

Usage is metered against your plan’s allocation, with a warning at 80% and the limit at 100%, broken down by where the calls came from.

Does Axon reply to my clients?

No. A forwarded email is read, the contact is updated in Core and Axon confirms to you that it is filed. What you say back to your client is still up to you.
