New: see what an AI assistant sees when it looks at your site. Run the check

Every agent conversation, counted to the outcome.

Your agents talk to shoppers all day. Core counts what came of it — conversations and turns, products shown and clicked, how each conversation ended, and the carts, leads and purchases that followed, on a window strict enough to trust.

The shift

An agent you can’t measure is a demo.

  1. 01

    Vendors grade their own homework.

Every AI tool claims it influenced the sale. Few say what “influenced” means, or how long after the chat they keep counting.

  2. 02

    Conversations disappear.

What a shopper asked, what the agent showed and where it ended — gone once the chat window closes, so nobody learns from it.

  3. 03

    Bots inflate the numbers.

Automated sessions talk to assistants too. Counted with your shoppers, they make an agent look busier — and better — than it is.

Neural Core on a laptop: the Design Assistant report — conversations split into human and non-browser sessions, turns, average duration, products shown and clicked, assisted carts, leads, purchases and revenue, and daily trends including how conversations ended and assistant model calls.Axon, the agent inside Neural Core, offering to chart last week’s revenue, find SKUs missing GTINs, summarize new syndication errors and draft a launch description.

What's built in

What happened, and what came of it.

  • Conversations, people apart

Conversations and turns counted, with human sessions shown apart from non-browser and bot ones.

  • What it showed

Products the agent put in front of shoppers, and the ones they clicked.

  • Assisted outcomes, strictly windowed

Carts and leads within 30 minutes of a conversation, purchases on the same day only — a window tight enough to stand behind.

  • How it ended

Each conversation closed out as a lead, cart, signup, save, product click or abandon — with the model calls behind it charted by day.

  • Axon, your team’s agent

Ask about your catalog, syndication health or campaign performance — Axon pulls from your own data, finds the gaps and drafts the copy, inside Core.

  • The Design Assistant

The shopper-facing assistant these numbers come from, on your storefront.

Questions

Asked before you ask.

What counts as an assisted outcome?

The shopper used the assistant before acting: carts and leads within 30 minutes of the conversation, purchases on the same day only. Anything later is not credited to it.

Are bot conversations counted?

They are shown, but apart. Human sessions and non-browser or bot sessions are split, so the outcomes reflect your shoppers.
