About

The people behind Neural Partners.

One of our three co-founders is public. Two prefer to let the work speak for itself for now. That's a choice, not an absence.

Three facts about the founders. Pick one to read more.

Three co-founders. Three distinct specialties.

Then we forked. Three people, three completely different disciplines, the same underlying belief: the infrastructure connecting brands to buyers is broken in ways most people haven't fully named yet.

Neural Partners is the convergence.

The three co-founders on a ski mountain. Two faces are hidden, by choice.

Fifteen-plus years each, inside the systems we're now rebuilding.

Neural Partners was built by three practitioners who spent years working inside the systems they're now rebuilding. Not adjacent to them. Inside them. That difference is the whole point.

The Empire State Building lit up at night.

One starting point. Burlington, Vermont.

We all came up together in Vermont, then ended up at the same place: Dealer.com, a Burlington startup that grew into one of the defining digital marketing platforms in automotive retail before its billion-dollar acquisition. That's where we learned what it takes to build software that actually moves an industry, and what it costs to do it right.

Current team

The founders aren't the whole team.

While the founders mostly operate in stealth, there's a team of rockstars behind Neural Partners who have shown real alignment with the mission. Most of them have chosen to work in stealth too, and we support that decision.

How we use AI

Agents are teammates, not tools.

Treat an agent like another teammate and things get a lot simpler than retrofitting it into a legacy framework. So that's what we do.

  1. Maya, Chief of Staff

Maya is NP's Chief of Staff and works in Slack. Meeting prep, agendas, dev notifications: all handled like a dev on call or a real EA.

Maya: a friendly purple robot with waveform eyes.
  2. Their own inboxes

Every agent has its own inbox, and Maya has her own Google Workspace account.

  3. A tech lead per repo

Each repository has an agent tech lead with its own keys and auth, so everything it does is tracked and traceable. Agents stay on a leash.

  4. Her own card

Maya has her own company credit card.

  5. Her own number

Maya has her own phone number, for the founders.

How we work

Not values. Conditions.

Small team. Growing intentionally.

We're not hiring to fill seats. When we bring someone in, it's because they make the whole system sharper: practitioners with real depth who want to build something that matters.

  • Outcomes over hours.

If work never stops, what does a schedule even look like? We work in new ways, not the 9-to-5.

  • Clear ownership, no committees.

Whoever's best positioned owns the decision. Real autonomy, and the trust to do your best work without someone looking over your shoulder.

  • Remote first.

Any timezone with a connection is cool with us. No shoes required.

  • Two timeframes at once.

The five-year vision and the six-month roadmap. One keeps us building toward something that compounds; the other keeps us honest about this quarter.

  • We share and give back.

We hire the best people to make NP possible. Without them, we lose. Our opportunity is everyone's growth.
