This is what we stand behind.
Commitment isn't a policy document. It's the decisions you make before anyone asks, the standards you hold when no one's checking, and the things you build before you're forced to. Here's where we stand.

01 — How we choose
When a lean, AI-native team can do what used to take a much larger one, the margin that creates doesn't have to go straight to the bottom line. It can go toward doing things right.
For us, that means tooling. We don't compromise on the stack because we don't have to — best-in-class across every category, chosen for capability first.
We call this being vendor selective, not vendor agnostic. We're not neutral; we have clear opinions about what's best. The same logic applies to people — a small team of exceptional practitioners over a large team of generalists.
Klaviyo
Email & lifecycle — the best, over cheaper platforms.
Stripe
Payments — best-in-class, not cheapest or easiest.
Anthropic's Claude
The most capable, most thoughtfully built AI available.
02 — How we use AI
We build with AI and we sell AI-powered infrastructure, so our stance has to be clear — stated plainly, not buried in a policy doc.
Every AI system we deploy has human oversight. When AI assists in creating content, we say so. When you're talking to Sasha, you know it's an AI. Transparency isn't a differentiator for us — it's a baseline.
We also honor privacy signals, minimize collection, and never use AI to circumvent choices people have made about their own data.
What we never do
Dark patterns · fake reviews or testimonials · AI dressed up as human · consequential calls without a person in the loop.
03 — The human side of this
The companies benefiting most from AI efficiency are improving their margins and moving on. We think that's short-sighted.
So we're building real structures for the humans on the other side of every efficiency gain — not a PR commitment.
This is what responsible growth looks like to us: moving fast, but in a way that accounts for the people the technology displaces.
Neural AI Relief Fund
A real financial structure — compensation, transition support, retraining. In active development, with formal plans on the roadmap this year.
Real ownership
Structures that give the people building Neural Partners a genuine stake in what it becomes.
04 — Environmental responsibility
Remote-first operations, energy-efficient infrastructure, deliberate choices about what we build and run — these aren't marketing commitments. They're how we operate day to day.
We won't claim we've solved our environmental impact. But we'll keep making it smaller, and we'll be honest about where we are in that process.
Remote-first
No office footprint by default.
Energy-efficient infrastructure
Deliberate choices about the systems we run.
Reforestation
A giving program in progress with environmental partners.
05 — What we're building toward
We're not twenty-five-year-old founders who need a buyout in five years to validate starting something. We came into this with careers behind us, and enough experience to know the difference between building something real and building something sellable.
Would we entertain an acquisition at the right moment, for the right reasons? Sure. But it's not what gets us up in the morning, and it's not what drives our decisions about clients, tooling, team, or product.
What we're chasing is simpler: clients who succeed because of what we built, a team proud of how we built it, and infrastructure still relevant a decade from now. We're in this for the long haul.

If any of this resonates — the way we work, what we believe, what we're building — we'd like to hear from you. Whether you're a potential client, a future teammate, or just someone paying close attention to where commerce is going.
