Our Commitment to B Corp Standards

In the meantime, we operate in the spirit of B Lab's Pending B Corp model. More information is available at bcorporation.net.
Our Code of Ethics
Our internal Code of Ethics outlines ten principles that guide every decision we make:
- Integrity and Honesty
- Privacy and Security
- Social and Environmental Stewardship
- Customer-Centric Commitment
- Respect and Inclusion
- Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Accountability and Transparency
- Conflict of Interest Management
- Legal Compliance
- Ethical Use of AI
We treat our Code not as a checklist, but as a culture.
Ethical Use of AI
We recognize the profound societal impact of artificial intelligence and the responsibility that comes with designing, deploying, and integrating AI technologies. While we are not affiliated with any formal ethical board or regulatory body, we align our internal practices with widely accepted principles for responsible AI development, including those set forth in UNESCO's Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence.
Our commitments to the ethical use of AI include:
- Human-Centered Design. We prioritize human dignity and autonomy in the development and application of AI systems, ensuring that technology serves human values and rights.
- Transparency and Explainability. We strive to design and use AI systems that are understandable to stakeholders, including customers, users, and the public. When required by law or otherwise appropriate, we disclose when and how AI systems are being used. See our AI Policy for specific disclosures.
- Fairness and Non-Discrimination. We actively work to identify and mitigate biases in data, algorithms, and outcomes, aiming to promote fairness and avoid harm to marginalized or vulnerable groups.
- Accountability and Oversight. We maintain clear processes to ensure that human oversight is integral to all stages of AI system development and use. Responsibility for outcomes remains with our human teams.
- Privacy and Data Governance. We protect personal data and uphold privacy rights throughout all AI-related processes, including a commitment in MSA §4.2 not to train AI models on paid Customer Content. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for additional information.
- Environmental Responsibility. We assess the environmental impact of our AI models and infrastructure choices and prioritize sustainability in our technological decisions.
- Safe and Restricted Use. We prohibit categories of harmful AI use through our Acceptable Use Policy, including deepfakes, CSAM, and mass-harm uplift.
As a forward-thinking company, Neural Partners supports the evolution of robust ethical frameworks for emerging technologies. We will continue to review and update our practices in line with global discussions, while tailoring our actions to our context as a U.S.-based business.
