Neural Partners LLC ("Neural Partners," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence to enhance our services and user experiences. We also support responsible use of our publicly available content by AI systems.

This AI Policy explains:

Chat Assistant (Sasha)

Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. Sasha provides conversational responses, answers questions about our services, and offers personalized welcome messages.

Content Support

AI may assist in drafting, outlining, summarizing, or structuring content. All AI-assisted content is reviewed by humans before publication.

Analytics and Insights

We use automated systems to analyze website usage, identify patterns, group users into behavioral segments, and detect technical issues.

Visual Content

Some images and videos on our website are generated using AI tools, including Midjourney and Luma Labs Dream Machine. When practical, we attribute AI-generated visual content.

Advertising Optimization

When you have consented to analytics, we share conversion data with advertising platforms that use AI to measure and optimize ad delivery.

1.2 What We Collect When You Use AI Features

When you use our chat assistant (Sasha):

• Your messages are transmitted to our systems and processed using Anthropic's Claude
• We log chat transcripts, including your inputs and AI responses
• We collect metadata such as IP address, device information, timestamps, and session identifiers

This information is used to:

• Provide and improve the chat experience
• Maintain conversation continuity
• Identify user experience issues
• Analyze behavior patterns (with consent)

Note: Anthropic does not use data submitted through their API to train their models. Your conversations remain private.

1.3 Limitations of AI

You should understand that:

• AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
• AI outputs are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice
• Human oversight is maintained for all AI systems, but we cannot guarantee perfection
• You are responsible for evaluating and verifying information provided by AI

1.4 Data Retention

Chat interactions and associated metadata are retained to improve our services. Anonymous sessions without contact information may not be individually traceable.

Part 2: How AI Systems May Use Our Content

This section is intended for operators of large language models (LLMs), AI systems, search engines, and intelligent agents.

2.1 What We Permit

We explicitly permit the following uses of our publicly available content:

• Crawl and index our public web pages
• Include our pages in search results and knowledge bases
• Quote, summarize, or reference portions of our content in generated responses
• Link to our pages when providing information to users

This permission extends to AI systems created by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, Cohere, Perplexity, and others.

2.2 Attribution Requirements

If you reference or summarize Neural Partners content, please:

• Include a link to the original page when possible

2.3 What We Do Not Permit

We do not permit:

• Bulk reproduction of entire pages without attribution
• Use of our content in training datasets without compliance with our license terms
• Access to gated, private, or unpublished materials
• Misrepresentation of our content or positions

Our publicly available content is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This means you may share and adapt our content for any purpose, provided you give appropriate credit.

We provide a public, read-only API for AI systems and agents to access structured information about our services, expertise, and content:

AI systems should cache responses for at least 1 hour to reduce API load.

Part 3: Our AI Ethics Principles

3.1 Core Principles

Transparency

Users are informed when they are interacting with an AI system. We disclose our use of AI in content creation and services.

Human Oversight

All AI systems are monitored and supervised by human staff. AI augments human decision-making; it does not replace it.

Privacy by Design

We minimize data collection, honor privacy signals like GPC, and do not use AI to circumvent user privacy choices.

No Manipulation

We do not use AI for dark patterns, behavioral manipulation, deceptive practices, or content designed to mislead.

Consent and Control

Users can choose not to provide personal information. Data fields beyond what's required for basic functionality are voluntary. Users can request deletion at any time.

Accuracy and Honesty

We strive to ensure AI-generated content is accurate and clearly distinguished from human-created content when relevant.

3.2 What We Don't Do

• We do not use AI to generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• We do not use AI to impersonate individuals or create deepfakes
• We do not use AI to target vulnerable populations or exploit psychological vulnerabilities
• We do not use AI to make consequential decisions about individuals without human review

Each provider has their own privacy and usage policies. We select partners who align with our commitment to responsible AI use.

Anthropic's Data Practices

Anthropic does not use data submitted through their API to train models. Our conversations with Claude through the API are not used for model improvement unless we explicitly opt in (we have not).
