Built from the inside out.

Neural Partners was built by three practitioners who spent years working inside the systems they're now rebuilding. Not adjacent to them. Inside them. That difference is the whole point.

3 co-founders, one shared origin
15+ years each across product, agency & operations
1 billion-dollar exit in the rearview

One starting point. Three diverging paths. One company.

We all came up together in Vermont, then ended up at the same place: Dealer.com — a Burlington startup that grew into one of the defining digital marketing platforms in automotive retail before its billion-dollar acquisition. That's where we learned what it takes to build software that actually moves an industry, and what it costs to do it right.

Then we forked. Three people, three completely different disciplines, the same underlying belief: the infrastructure connecting brands to buyers is broken in ways most people haven't fully named yet.

Path 01

Product & Engineering

Leading R&D, building AI-powered marketing technology, and managing media spend at a scale that forces you to care about infrastructure — or watch things break.

Path 02

Agency & Commerce

Landing at one of the world's most recognized digital agencies, leading large-scale ecommerce builds for brands that don't have patience for theory.

Path 03

Operations & Client Success

Running the managed-services teams behind SEO, content, and advertising for thousands of dealers, then into senior leadership at a fast-growing automotive AI startup.

Neural Partners is the convergence.

Commerce has two audiences now. Most businesses are built for one.

AI agents are doing the research, filtering the options, and making recommendations before a person ever sees a brand. Half of all consumers already use AI when searching the internet — and that number is climbing.

The businesses that figure this out early won't just be more visible. They'll be structurally harder to displace. That's what we're building toward: agency expertise and technology infrastructure, in a single system.

Humans

Need creativity, empathy, narrative — what good agencies have always delivered.

AI agents

Need structured data, clean infrastructure, and machine-readable catalogs — what most businesses haven't built at all.

Practitioners first. Always.

One of our three co-founders is public. Two prefer to let the work speak for itself for now. That's a choice, not an absence.

Scott Blodgett, Co-Founder & CPO of Neural Partners

Scott Blodgett

Co-Founder & CPO

Scott leads product, engineering, and GTM at Neural Partners. Before founding the company, he spent 15+ years at the intersection of AI, automation, and digital advertising — most recently leading R&D for innovative marketing technology products at Cox Automotive, where he managed multi-million dollar monthly media programs across thousands of clients. He left to go full-time on Neural Partners in early 2026.

He's based in Vermont, which is not a coincidence.

Common Questions

Who founded Neural Partners?
Three practitioners with a shared origin at a Vermont-based SaaS company that became a billion-dollar acquisition in the automotive space. We each spent the decade after that going deeper into different disciplines — product and engineering, agency and ecommerce, operations and client success. Neural Partners is what happens when those three paths converge on the same problem.
Why are two of the founders unnamed?
They'd rather build than broadcast. Both are currently in senior roles elsewhere and prefer to let the work speak for itself for now. The model is real — paying clients, real revenue, and a platform that's actively shipping. We'll share more as the story develops.
What makes Neural Partners different from an agency?
We built technology alongside the services, and designed them to reinforce each other from day one. Our services arm generates real client intelligence. Our platform turns that intelligence into better infrastructure. Most companies pick a lane because building both is genuinely hard. We built both because the market actually needs both.
What makes Neural Partners different from a SaaS platform?
We don't just sell software and send you a login. Every client engagement is founder-led. We're practitioners running delivery, not account managers running decks. The platform exists because we needed it to do our work — which means it's built around real problems, not roadmap theater.
Why Vermont?
It's home. And it shapes how we operate — direct communication, relationships over transactions, building things designed to last. We serve clients nationwide, but our roots keep us grounded.
Are you hiring?
We're growing carefully. When we bring people in, they're practitioners with real domain depth — not generalists. If that's you, reach out.
