Bespoke engagements, applied experiments, and prototypes from the Labs floor.
A running record of what Neural Labs has shipped — client work that didn't fit a productized tier, applied experiments that compounded back into Neural Core, and the prototypes that became the next thing we built. How we work · About Neural Labs.
We ran a focus group at 2am. Nobody had to drive there.
Q1 Lab experiment: synthetic persona cohorts for product discovery, real-time debate, and the perspectives a small team can't otherwise afford to have.
We built a framework that runs structured interviews — and live debate — across 40+ synthetic personas at once. Each one plays a specific role, stays in character, and pushes back when an idea doesn't hold up. What started as a UX research experiment became a decision-making tool we now use in active product and engineering work. Drop a question about a feature, a workflow, a direction — get a range of grounded perspectives back in minutes.
Product discovery at this depth used to require an enterprise — research teams, recruiting overhead, weeks of scheduling, full interview programs. The technology has changed what's possible. Our Q1 testing proved the operating model actually works: faster discovery cycles, broader inputs, better-informed decisions. It's not a product we'll ever ship — it's an internal capability quietly raising the bar on everything we build on top of it.
A capability that used to take an enterprise. Now it's how we operate.

Every Neural Labs engagement is bespoke — scoped to your client, your moment, your team. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll point at the closest things we've shipped, or walk you through how Labs operates (the H2A framework, the feedback loop, the principles).
