The H2A Framework

Two layers. One company. One feedback loop.

Neural Core is the agentic, productized layer — the platform our clients run on. Neural Labs is the human, experimental layer — where bespoke work happens and where learnings come from. Both layers run on the same tools and feed each other continuously.

Neural Core

The agentic layer.

Tech + Agentic + Product

The platform every Neural Partners plan runs on — site, store, customers, intelligence, all in one backend. Productized, repeatable, agent-ready.

  • Productized service tiers (Showcase → Signature)
  • Personal AI agents per account
  • Automated workflows + insights
  • The toolset Labs uses every day

Neural Labs

The human layer.

Tech + Human + Experimentation + Agency

A small team of strategists, technologists, and creators running bespoke engagements + ongoing experimentation in the ecom and marketing space.

  • Full agency experience — custom scope
  • Experimentation & prototyping
  • Client work outside the productized tiers
  • The learning engine that feeds Neural Core

The Feedback Loop

Lab learnings become product. Product becomes better tools. Better tools sharpen the Lab.

Every Labs engagement runs on Neural Core. Every Labs experiment generates signals that feed back into the platform — into the agents, the shared knowledge base, and the internal models. The loop is the moat.

01 · Lab

Experiments & client work

Bespoke engagements, prototypes, and applied R&D in the ecom + marketing space. Strategists and technologists working on real problems with real data.

02 · Signal

Patterns get extracted

What worked, what didn't, what surprised us. Tagged, structured, and turned into signal — not buried in a final-deck PDF nobody opens again.

03 · Compound

Shared KB + internal models

Signals land in a shared knowledge base every user and every agent can read from — and in the internal models we use to make every account smarter.

04 · Build

Better tools for the Lab

Product and tech decisions get made with the Lab's actual experience as input. The platform sharpens; the Lab uses the sharper tools to run the next experiment.

How We Operate

Human first. Client first. The automation runs underneath.

The Labs team is small, deliberate, and doesn't carry growth or retention quotas. The operational leverage from Neural Core lets us spend the human time on the work that actually needs a human.

Small team. Deep care.

A focused crew of strategists, agency operators, and technologists. Each one chose the work because they care about it — not because it was the next career slot.

No growth quotas. No retention metrics.

Labs leads aren't comped on account expansion or retention numbers. The incentive is to do the work well — not to manage the relationship toward a renewal slide.

Bespoke by default.

Every engagement is scoped to the client and the moment. Need, timeline, project shape, and budget are negotiated — not slotted into a tier. If it isn't listed on our site, we can probably still do it.

Automation as substrate, not service.

Neural Core handles the operational substrate — reporting, drafting, syncing, monitoring — so the human team spends their hours on judgment, strategy, and craft instead of plumbing.

We use what we ship.

The Lab team runs on Neural Core every day. The friction we hit becomes the next product priority. The wins become the next best practice. Our roadmap is informed by our own daily use.

First-class human service.

The leverage we get from the agentic layer is reinvested in the human one. Faster turnaround, sharper thinking, more time for the conversation that actually moves the work.

When To Come To Labs

Beyond the productized tiers.

Most clients start with the productized services. Labs is for the work that doesn't fit a tier — or for clients who want a full-suite, custom agency engagement from day one.

01

A full-suite agency engagement

When the productized tiers cover too much or too little — and you want one team owning the strategy, the brand, the platform, and the execution end-to-end.

02

Custom scope, custom shape

A project we don't list on the site. A timeline that doesn't fit a retainer. A specific outcome that needs a specific team. Scope, shape, and engagement model negotiated per situation.

03

Strategic + creative leadership

Brand positioning, category creation, creative direction, merchandising experiments, or a full rebuild. Work that needs senior strategists and creative leads, not a project manager and a checklist.

04

Applied experimentation

You want to run a deliberate experiment — a new channel, a new model, a new customer segment — with a team that can design it, ship it, measure it, and bring the learning back.

Tell us about the work.

Every Labs engagement starts with a conversation — scope, fit, timeline, what the right team shape looks like. Even if it isn't on the site, it's probably something we can do.
