Guidance at the counter.
Accuracy before it.

People come to a dispensary for guidance: what a product is, how it compares, whether it's actually in stock. Before they visit, they look it up — and most paid channels are closed to you. We make your menu accurate, structured and easy to find, inside the rules your license depends on.

The problem

Every harvest is a new record. Every channel has its own rules.

Cannabinoid and terpene percentages, lineage, format, onset and lab results — and they change with every batch. Meanwhile most ad platforms restrict the category, menus are updated by hand while stock moves all day, and the rules differ from state to state. Legal in your state is not legal federally, and some assistants decline cannabis questions altogether.

The shift

What changes when the menu is structured.

  1. 01

A menu that is data, not a list

Cannabinoids, terpenes, format and batch results structured for every product, so people compare what matters to them instead of scrolling alphabetically.

  2. 02

What you show is what you have

Menu and POS kept in sync, so nobody drives over for something that sold out an hour ago.

  3. 03

Found through the channels that are open

Search, local listings, education and your own email and SMS — the discovery that works where paid ads don't.

  4. 04

    Compliance checked before it ships

Age gates and state-by-state rules are part of the build, and AI reviews ads, campaigns and pages against your rules before they go out, flagging claims and missing warnings. Your compliance lead keeps the final word.

Who we build this for.

Adult-use and medical dispensaries
Single stores and multi-store operators, where guidance is the reason people come in.
CBD and hemp wellness
Hemp-derived products under their own rules, sold online and in store.
Functional and non-alcoholic drinks
Adaptogens, botanicals and ingredients that need explaining, not just shelf space.
Multi-state operators
One brand, with products, rules and content that vary by state where they have to.

Questions

Asked before you ask.

How do you handle compliance?

We design to your state's rules — age verification, claim restrictions, content guidelines — and keep your compliance lead in the loop on anything customer-facing. We build the guardrails; legal advice stays with your counsel.

What about advertising restrictions?

We work around them rather than against them: organic search, local listings, educational content and owned channels like email and SMS.

Do AI assistants recommend dispensaries?

Each assistant sets its own policies for cannabis questions, and because the category is legal by state but not federally, some decline them entirely. Those policies change. What we control is that the information an assistant can read about you — products, stock, hours and location — is accurate and structured when it does answer, and that your own channels carry the rest.

Can AI help us stay compliant?

Yes, as a second pair of eyes. Ads, campaigns and pages are checked against your state’s rules before they go out, so an effect claim or a missing warning is caught early. It flags; your compliance lead decides.

Do we have to replace the platform we run on?

No. Most platforms do their job. Neural Core sits alongside what you already run, reads from it, and publishes structured data on top of it. If a new website makes sense we will say so, but it is not where we start.

Can you support multi-state operations?

Yes. One brand presence, with products, rules and content that vary by state where they have to.

How do you measure it?

Organic visibility, menu engagement, first-time visits and email and SMS performance — measured within what privacy rules and the category allow.
